Chicken stock...easily.

Caramelized onions.

Anything when I come home from work that's been in the crock pot for eight hours.

My rice cooker also pumps out some decent smell with Jasmine rice.

Waking up on Thanksgiving morning when I was six and smelling my mom's turkey, cornbread dressing and whatever else she was cooking, knowing that part of those odors were from the bacon, eggs and biscuits that were on the table.

No doubt when the trinity goes in anything.

Hard to beat the smell of bacon.

When trinity goes in to bacon fat. That smell is what dreams are made of.

In beer brewing, that smell when you add the first hop addition is one of the best smells in the world. If anyone is ever brewing with me and they've never brewed before, I make them stand over the kettle when I add the first hops.

I love the smell of cinnamon rolls.
Along with just about everything else that people have named.

Apple pie. Which makes me think that I don't bake apple pie nearly enough. Gotta remedy that soon.
