i make my own salad dressings. taste better.

My go to is 2-3T of balsamic vinegar and 1T of olive oil, plus some salt.

you can do it with pretty much any vinegar or lemon juice.

Honestly, just follow the serving size of any dressing you would like to use and you'll be fine. I believe most are 2 tablespoons and after you toss the salad ( ) you'll find it's more than enough.

People just dump dressing on salads without realizing they've added 500-600 calories to their "healthy" meal.

If you're just eating salads it don't matter what dressing you put on it.

i like homemade vinaigrette. use different vinegars when you want a change. the following vinegars are good IMO:
balsamic
apple cider
red wine

also sometimes i just go olive oil, lemon juice, salt & pepper. it's particularly awesome on an arugula salad.

Jasons Deli Ranch. It is full fat mayo with buttermilk and buttermilk recipe package. shite yeah.

I like cheddar cheese and sunflower seeds on top with some Gouda possibly.

I only get a little big of the chocolate pudding stuff at Jasons Deli because I feel fat after doing so well.

I don't necessarily go out of my way to eat healthy. However, I don't really care for salad dressings because they can be overpowering.

I usually put a little bit of spicy salsa on a salad. Healthier than salad dressing and I like it better. And I'm too lazy to mess with making dressing.

you need oil to effectively digest greens, and absorb the nutrients. Doesn't have to be on the salad but eating a salad without oil will reduce the benefits. Antyhing will do - cheese, nuts, olive oil or even with a complimentary dish.

Homemade dressing, olive oil and vinegar mixture with some Italian herbs. I use very little dressing anyway.

All of those dressings are so nasty. The only one I can stomach is the Asian one.

I like to do Apple Cider Vinegar with a little Extra Virgin Olive Oil some spices and a squirt of Dijon Mustard. Sometimes I'll put a dash of Stevia in there to cut the bitterness.
