The Christmas present I'm most excited about: a stand up cheese grater! I cried tears of joy when I opened it.

And a festive casserole dish.

I got a stand up cheese grater, too! My has 6 different sides, pretty awesome.

Not much better than freshly grated cheese for taco night.

Cooks Illustrated subscription and their Meat cookbook, 1 handed pepper grinder. I've had that same Tramontina Dutch oven for 5 years. Performance wise no different than my Le Creuset pots. My go to pot for spaghetti sauce and soups.

Real Cajun is probably my favorite cookbook (Cochon type stuff) Most everything in it is solid and has a neat little story. Gave it as a gift to several people last year. Look up Down South if you like Links cooking (more Peche type food).

I'm gonna have to check mine out again. I was drinking and didn't even realize there are multiples grates on it.

I'm telling you.. This is my most exciting gift! And I got a large TV and tons of $.

Nope. Cheese grater.

Nice! We got some gift cards off the Peche store online, and they have some really cool stuff from Link restaurants.

So much cheaper too!

Block of havarti and block of cheddar $2 each at whole foods, and I made way more than a bagged cheese would give.

I got an electric pressure cooker last year, it is a game changer in the kitchen. I can pick up a roast on the way home from work push 1 button and have it falling apart by dinner.

Induction cooktop. I don't have natural gas at the house, so I'm super excited about boiling water in less than 3 hours or so lol

I use my stand up grater all the time for hashbrowns! It works amazing. Few potatoes, and an onion and some garlic; straight to the skillet.

I got a 6qt all clad roaster, 12 inch all clad skillet, and an all clad saucepan.

I make zucchini fritters as well.
And I do onions on there if I don't feel like getting out the processor.

A good stand up grater is awesome.

About to put the tenderloin in the oven and my grillades are simmering. Been cooking almost non-stop since 11:00 with my mom. It is cabernet time!!! Spinach madeline and cheese grits casserole are in the other oven.
