For breakfast:

Scrambled eggs
Rice
Black beans (cilantro and lime)
Pico
Corn tortillas
Fresh jalapenos thrown all over

For lunch:
Tums

For dinner:
Trying to talk the wife into making homemade ramen together, but she's in an anti-dishes mode right now and wants to pick up BBQ

Chicken and Sausage gumbo. The grand kids are coming for a sleepover so I might have them help so they can learn how to make it. I learned from watching my dad.

Think I might try lamb chops with a mint pan sauce for anniversary dinner tonight.

for anniversary dinner tonight.

Congrats. Last night I said "Honey, our anniversary was two weeks ago."

Her: "Wow. You're right."
Me: "So, how many years have we been married?"
Her: "Hell if I know."

I have chicken wings, skirt steak for fajitas, and a rack of ribs all defrosted.

Not sure what order I'm doing them in yet. Probably fried wings tonight, fajitas for lunch tomorrow, and ribs for dinner tomorrow.

Chicken and andouille gumbo. Finally got Prudhomme's method of a high heat roux down. Made a dark roux in 4 minutes.

Smoked turkey and sausage gumbo. Roasted a ton of turkey wings last night. Stock is going now with those and the smoked turkey bones.
