Alright, I have to say that I've only seen these guys on TV and not eaten their food. But for an all-around chef, I would have to say Jacques Pepin. What he can do with a few simple ingredients in a short amount of time is incredible. I also like what Hebert Keller does.

But after watching what Masaharu Morimoto has done on both the Japanese and American Iron Chef shows is really impressive. That guy is in a class all of his own.

I thought of Pepin too. I have essential pepin.
Everything in it is awesome.
I love watching that guy prepare anything. He cuts fruit and just about anything the way my grandfather did.
