Man, BR is such a safer place now that the synthetic marijuana guy is off the streets. Whew.... Crime will plummet. Litter will be picked up, graffiti and underpasses cleaned, and murders cease.

My friends that work in the ER, both nurses and doctors, have been saying fake weed is no joke and people are constantly showing up on that stuff all flipping out and have to be sedated to get them to calm down

OK... Why is synthetic marijuana on the market in the first place? Answer that, and you'll have the problem and the solution figured out in short order.
