Lol.. the 6 month wait isn't needed with his caliber of chef.

Having the famous MD crockpot pulled pork BBQ.

My BBQ sammich is accompanied with (by?) Ruffles Tater Chips and some kind of frozen Tequila booze drink the wife made for some past Bunko group gathering. Still potent stuff, so evidently tequila holds up nicely to freezer temp levels.

This will be a no driving night for me.

Nonna is excellent. An adventurous menu, very well executed, with very good service will make this place a success. The dishes we had were extremely well made.

Apps were a mushroom bruschetta , assorted olives, fried cauliflower , and a kale and sausage soup. All outstanding.

Entrees were lamb shoulder with yogurt sauce, Garganelli Bolognese , shrimp risotto, and braised short rib Tagliatelle . Everything was wonderful.

We split a trio of gelato for dessert, peach, chocolate and vanilla...all house made...all very good.

Had a nice Tempranillo with the meal, as well as a rustic house made bread with a nice peppered olive oil.

The place was full at 6:30 on a Monday night. Every diner I spoke with loved their meal. If your lucky enough to get to Mecca, you need to get here.
