About to roast a chicken. Butter beans and a fresh skillet of cornbread will go with it.

So far an angry orchard hard cider and a handful of tortilla chips.

Working on dinner idea now while watching chopped. They had a viewer voted basket that had fruit cocktail and goat cheese.

Shame on my TD-FDB buddies! I didn't vote I promise.

I've been busy outside all day. I ground my big pot down with a wire cup and put the first cost of re-paint back on her. I also put together a wooden picnic table for 42jr that was a birthday present a few weeks ago. On top of that, I cooked down some fresh snap beans and have them simmering with some ground venison sausage, soy, and teriyaki sauce, plus I grilled some pork chops and burgers. I have some sliced potatoes in a bowl of water in the fridge and will fry them after while. I've drank many a beer today outside. It has been a gorgeous day.

Score deep and fry. A buttermilk bath before the seasoned corn meal is your friend.

Shrimp stew, potato salad, lima beans with deer sausage, and hot crusty bread. Drank some Sweetwaters and Pacificos, on to the second Crown Reserve

run a fillet knife down each side from the top of bream to backbone. make sure both sides of the flap get covered in fish fry. When you fry them, the flap you created will open up, allowing you to easily peel the whole side off of the bream
