Do I start lint tonight?

I'm going to cut out Caterpillers, so no hairy-crawley bugs for me

I've had a chili simmering since 10am. It is comprised of one pound of venison ground meat, two pounds cubed venison tenderized steaks, one onion, one bell pepper, tomato sauce, kidney beans, and chili beans.

I will make a frito pie later this evening and politely top my pie with a heaping helping of ketchup for good measure when I'm finished with my beer consumption.

Smoking some St. Louis style ribs (whatever that means, I guess it´s a better cut than normal, but not as small as baby backs).

That awesome looking photo of ribs from yesterday´s WFDT really got me craving them.

Baked potatoes
Grilled asparagus
Priorato

I'm thinking about a Lasyone's crawfish and/or meat meatpie(s). Shrimp gumbo tomorrow night though I kind of want that tonight because it's so cold outside.

Those didn't need catsup. The smoke flavor was intense.

Chopped up some leftover chicken and made a sammich with jalapenos, onions and Romaine lettuce.

Lucy had pasta. Who woullda thunk it.

Dogs had leftover pasta, chicken skins and some dry food. Last meal for the puppy who gets fixed in the morning. He's gonna be very sad.

Did 2 slabs of baby back ribs today.

Didn't use the BGE, rather, slow cooked them in a roaster......indoors, 3 hrs, finished them with Zea Thai Rib sauce and some onion tops.

Came out great, falling off the bone, and even had a little crust of char.

Wife did zucchini and mashed potatoes; buttered French bread rounded it out.

Liberty School 2011 cabernet from Pasa Robles was the beverage.

Although it's gumbo weather here, ribs can be just as good
