I ate at Camelot Club once. Was not impressed. It's just got a good location.

Andrea's?????

That has to be the WORST, I mean WORST restaurant in the entire city. Maybe I just had a horrible meal from a server who was about to quit. But with Impastato's and Fausto's right there, and even Bravo and Olive Garden turning out better Italian, I doubt I ever step foot in there.
Even if my old G/T teacher is the piano player on weekends. (which was the whole reason we where there)

When the stars line up and it is your lucky day, I think Andrea's can be decent. I've experienced some bad meals for group events and one good meal. The good meal was a date I took my 10 year old daughter on with a gift certificate.

I've heard tons and tons of bad stories and it appears chef has a problem with turnover at his place.

That bottomless salad bowl deserves respect. Bite your tongue.

In my opinion it was not the night I went.

My veal Marsala tasted like it was battered in potato flakes. It had raw mushrooms on top, instead of sauteed and they were gritty. The gravy was just brown gravy.

The only good thing we got were the Oysters.
Service was the worst I had ever received too. I only left 10% she was so bad.

Proof that money, education, power, and influence doesn't equate to having either good sense or good taste.

What's the (latest) name of that sketchy Italian place on Oaklawn and Vets ? I figured that would make the cut.

I would have thought Commander's would have been top 1-10.

Anyone else surprised by this?

No. It's too classy for most of our politicians.

Fausto's, or Fury's? Both have been there a while.

A buddy's family on my (and our mutual friends) soccer team own Fury's.

I've never been.
