8 Even if Cole had standing to challenge the sufficiency of the petition, we find no error in the trial court’s conclusion that the plan for the provision of services was statutorily compliant. The trial court’s finding that the plan was “minimally” compliant is true inasmuch as the statute i...
The Biden administration has seen evidence of attempts by China to influence the upcoming U.S. elections
Is there some worldwide rule that prohibits China from doing so? It's interesting to watch the US bitch about other countries meddling in our elections. That's some rules for th...
How have we never heard this in 3 years yet these reports come out?
Yeah it was reported about when it happened and was definitely spotlighted on here. It is something in a few months he could not be arrested for. Malik Nabers is a 2A proponent. Good for him....

Both the JJ and Nix picks are crazy. Maybe they will prove someone wrong but I do not see it....

There is brackish water near Hopedale/Shellbeach and you can bowfish all the carp you want....
That's a more interesting question. I'm sure the AG is going to request that her original bond be reinstated, whatever that was, or to returning her to being held without bond if that was the status quo before. Whoever her attorney is will argue that she's had no issues staying out of trouble...
Landry’s administration says hold my beer.
Not a fan of Landry out of the gate. Didn't vote for him. But again, anyone who says Landry has had a larger negative impact on personal freedoms than JBE is being willfully ignorant or disingenuous. ...
Clearly you're still butthurt over the masks. Cry about it
Well it would be that. Or the continuous veto of constitutional carry. Or the shutting down of business. Or the shutting down of places of worship. I guess you are ok with that?...
Somehow we were better off with Edwards in office
Not a fan of some of Landry's stuff but lets pump the breaks on this hyperbole. At a state level there has been no bigger infringement on personal freedoms than the Edward's administration. Also, the legislature declined to pass thi...

Yeah, you could probably talk PSA into slabbing/grading just about anything.
One thing to note on a slab like the magazine you posted - they graded the auto, not the magazine. Gotta watch for that on ebay. People will grade an auto on a card to 10 and then sell the card as if it is a 10 when the ...

CWill and SFP are definitely both attorneys. SFP actually went to LSU at the same time I went to SULC. I think both are extremely smart guys but I disagree with them both on a lot politically. Even if they will not admit it I think a touch of TDS clouds their...
