Take MD's Pizza Survey:

1 - What is your single most favorite topping (outside of cheese)

2 - your preference:
Thin and crispy?
Thick and chewy?
Deep Dish

3 - Single topping or multiple? What's your Pizza Jones?

4 - Least favorite topping of those considered normal? Yes, we will certainly judge your vision of normal.

5 - What is the pizza you once had and now can't find that haunts your dreams?

Me?

1 - Italian Sausage
2 - thin and crispy
3 - multiple (sausage, pepperoni, green peppers, black olives, onion, mushroom)
4 - Anchovies - too salty for me.
5 - Shakey's shrimp and sausage from a long long time ago (mid 1960s) very thin, very crispy with air pockets in crust, topped with Italian sausage, red sauce cheese and small shrimp. I haven't seen a Shakey's Pizza Parlor in years. Are there any still around? Any recommendations on finding this pizza?

1 - Red onions

2 - Thin and crispy

3 - Multi

4 - Pineapple for taste, bellpeppers because they make everything soggy

5 - I wish I could get the Poseidon up here in St Louis.

Believe it or not, I have never had Sam's pizza. Can see no reason to try it, because they always have hotdogs.

Taco bell is Taco bell. It isn't Mexican and it isn't pizza. It is Taco Bell.

1- Pepperoni

2- Thin and crispy

3- multiple- pepperoni, onions, mushrooms, jalapenos

4- olives

5- Not really can't find but can't get. Grew up in Cenla eating my weight in BJ's. Maybe not everyone's favorite, but I loved it. Don't live there anymore...

Single topping. Can't stand "supreme" pizzas. Just give me a cured meat (can be any kind), one veggie (onions, mushrooms, bell pepper.. don't matter) and some fresh mozz and basil.

4. ?
5. Quattro Formaggi from a Sandals resort in St. Lucia. Would give anything to go back to that spot by the beach with my wife and enjoy that moment again. We still talk about it 6 years later.

Funny - My Shakey's memories are of the wife and I when she was my cheerleader date. However, the pizza was very good, too. She is still with me, but the pizza is long gone.

Sorry, I cut and pasted from the website.

It's implicit in the name.
