With the opinion of the Better Than Bouillon products, I was wondering what other products would make your "Hall of Fame"?

To start, I'll say

Better Than Bouillon
Tabasco
Louisiana Hot Sauce
Wondra Flour
Kitchen Bouquet

It won't make the list, but you've reminded me I need to order some Penzey's Chili 9000.

ETA: Oh, our OWN list.

Penzey's Chili 9000
Louisiana Gold Green Sauce
Ro-tel tomatoes
