I have to bring an appetizer for a work potluck on Monday and meatballs and spinach dip are already taken. I just found out today and they are wanting to know what we're bringing tomorrow. There's no kitchen there so it's pretty much either refrigerate or use a crock pot. I have a crock pot but I was wondering if anyone had a go-to recipe for this situation. We have about 35 people in our office. Thanks in advance

What about a soup for cup of soup?

I have a corn and crab in the recipe book that includes subbing andouille for the crab. It's very good.

Regular Jimmy Dean sausage, Rotel & cream cheese. I usually double it. I use one can of regular Rotel and one hot. I like it spicy. Super fast and easy and always a hit!

Those lil smokies sausages in bbq sauce? Or wrapped in Pillsbury dough, dusted lightly with salt. Kinda like a mini hot dog with a pretzel stick wrapped around it.

I made a layered salmon spread and a cranberry Gorgonzola torte for Thanksgiving. Both very simple.

Goat cheese, pesto and sundried tomato torte. You can use cream cheese instead of goat if you wish.

If you make a warm dip, you could keep it in an ice chest or insulated bag and also put atop a hot plate if you have one of those.
