Had a good weekend. Filled the freezer and had good times with my Dad and Uncle. Didn't see any horns at all.
Heard geese all weekend. Finally clear enough today to snap a pic.
Sitting by a fire with Mrs Deacon now and have the day off tomorrow to pack deer meat.

I usually go back after Thanksgiving but going to be in Houma this year. Plan on taking the yak out when I'm down there. I love living in Louisiana.

Sunday morning the ducks were everywhere. Pintails and Mallards and Greys.

I took DonChowder Jr out for a little ocean harvest on Sunday. 14 rockcod of varying species, two lingcod (blue one pictured) and a dozen jumbo sized Dungeness Crab. The wee man was quite please with the conditions and the action.
