Anthony Davis is wise.

I respect your basketball opinion (sometimes), what player would you compare AD to? Past or present.

I see similarities to a young Lamar Odom.

He's a better ball handler than Chris Bosch, or KG, he has a nice touch to his jumper and can face up to basket and beat his man to the basket. There are only a few players his size that I've seen with those qualities. Lamar Odom is one of them. Whats so crazy about that?

he's a lot like a more offensively aggressive KG without the defense or intensity (yet, hopefully). he plays like dirk. he plays really "small" for his size.

AD plays the game like a tall 3, honestly. i'm curious (if we get a legit 5 down the road) if we play BIG lineups at some point

he ain't odom. odom was a 6-10 point guard

That's his most similar comparison IMO.

Lamar Odom is underrated but Davis' career is going to make Odom's butt sting.

that was Kevin Garnett in Minnesota...

Lamar Odom is a better ball handler than all of those guys, and often times the offense was run through him. He never really had a post game.... he was a PG/SG trapped in a PF body. Nothing like what we'll see from AD

He could be what Lamar Odom was suppose to be

AD is never going to bring the ball up and run the offense (which odom did for the clips early in his career)

odom was supposed to be magic-lite

AD is a really long 3.5 right now. hopefully he gets a 3 point shot down by next year, b/c those long jumpers he takes suck

Long 2 point jumpshots are the worst shots in basketball.
