re: Baton Rouge needs Ethiopian and Caribbean food - DBeaux225
I would say the Indian restaurants in Baton Rouge are more than OK. I do wish we would get a Korean or Ethiopian place. With all the international grad students at LSU and Southern, it seems to me it will be a matter of time.
The closest thing I've had to Korean bbq here is at The ...

re: Gator drags child into water near Disney's Grand Floridian - DBeaux225
If a gator wants, it would snatch your child in a blink of an eye, even if you were bent down and holding him/her. I've seen them take deer in an instant, return to the water and go from zero to twenty miles an hour (with a 120 pound animal in their mouth) in about 2 seconds. Sure we would al...
2 year olds never run away from their parents. Ever. Never happens. 2 year olds are always obedient. Duh.
That's why I said "when we were out" I I've always kept an eye on my 2 year old because I know that a 2 year old could disappear in a blink of an eye. It's called being a res...
