Obama and co are out to punish so look for all seasons to be closed and yet still policed (which means expense) to make sure they are closed

I passed through some of Kasache today all gates that could be closed were closed and locked...

I called my local conservation office today and they said its business as usual for them since they're state funded.

I figured this was the case but didn't want to waste a trip.

state WMA's are open for business.

Wrong government. Feds are shut down, not the state.
