What does O-T eat every morning?

I was doing egg whites for a while but don't always have time to make them.

when it's colder outside I'll do oatmeal in the microwave (not the fruit added kind, just regular oats)

-1/2 cup cooked steel cut oats (I cook them ahead of time in bigger batches to save time in the morning)
-1 or 2 tbsp peanut butter, depending on caloric needs, mixed into oats
-An apple or orange.

Or

2 eggs, 2 strips diced bacon, 2 small tortilla shells, salsa, 1/2 avocado

always try to get some good carbs with protein

example is whole grain muffin with turkey sausage and an egg or two

oatmeal with turkey sausage or canadian bacon and whole wheat toast or greek yogurt

stay away from processed and simple carbs like donuts, cereals, pastries, bagels, etc.

also try to limit your liquid calories. i normally eat with a coworker and dude goes through 2 20 onz orange juices and it says 240 calories on the bottle. thats almost 500 calories of pure sugar and junk carbs in just liquid. id rather eat a damn blizzard for that!!!

Greek Yogurt Smoothie. Frozen blueberries and sliced strawberries, slice half a , add a little milk and then greek yogurt. I blend it in a glass with an emersion blender.

I use the Cabot brand and half of the greek yogurt is full fat yogurt and then half is low fat with vanilla bean, remember all greek yogurts are not created equal so get one a good protein to carb ratio.

Either a quick 2 egg omelot or 2 hard boiled eggs (boiled and peeled the night before).

I try to have an apple or whatever at around 10:00am.
