I made 23k my first year.
That was a shitty year.

I've been on a MGMT training program since I came here.
Started in our Purchasing Group--> Personnel-->Logistics-->Gov't Affairs & Corp. Compliance-->Directing Logistics currently.

Compensation in 2008: $42,000

Compensation in 2013: $45,540

After medschool, I averaged $2.25/hr (about $25K/yr in today's dollars), working about 110 hrs/wk as an intern. Happy as a lark.

Compensation when I started in 2005: $140,000

Starting salary in 2013 dollars: $167,386

Actual compensation now: $198,000

Also had $150,000 in school debt to pay off, so that part sucked.
