actually have great fried chicken, panned rabbit is solid. I assume you meant gator cheesecake?

Haven't been in a while but it's good. Just limit your expectations and have a good time. --ducks--

Get ready to eat right next to people, get ready for a very loud restaurant, and generally overpriced food.

At least the maple leaf is next door

Stay away from non-fried fish.

Shrimp and Alligator Cheesecake
Carpetbagger Steak
Rabbit

I like the food, but it's outrageously overpriced.

I thought the fried chicken was outstanding, but last I was there Austin Leslie was still alive and frying it. Coolest thing was to walk through the kitchen on the way to the table, and recognize that old dude standing there coating and frying the chicken and working his arse off like he was 20 rather than pushing 80. Knew right then what I would get, and it did not disappoint.

I do think these prices are outrageous...

Fried chicken: $19.95
Shrimp Etouffee: $24.95
Shrimp Creole: $24.95
BBQ Shrimp: $26.95

I've had the fried pivot. It was meh. But the flounder is excellent. Very large portion and rich (crabmeat stuffed fried fish topped with crab mornay) enjoy
