So, if you could make more money in the restaurant business, you wouldn't do it?

I would and I think his restaurants are good for the city. He employs people and out if town ers as well as locals spend money there. What's the down side for you?

Common sense says this is false and instead it will be a new gourmet burger joint.

This is what I've heard as well. The guys who own Byblos own the building. I doubt Domenica is opening a second location. But I've been wrong before.

There are some bizarre statements made on this forum such that it's getting hard to tell what's sarcasm and what's not.

They were just speaking of it. I didn't hear anything of construction or a date

Don't get me wrong, I like their pizza, but it's the appetizers I go there for. Don't really see them turning into a "chain" as something that will work in the long run.
