You can't totally disable it huh?
Nope. On the S3 you could run a nexus ROM and I had it on mine, but it could be really buggy at times.
Touchwiz is Samsung's way of implementing more of their crap software/apps instead of the stock software/apps. There's also a number of UI changes and such, but it's just so heavy on the hardware. The note 3 has an insane 3gb of RAM, but I think something like 1-1.5gb are always being used because touchwiz is so resource heavy

Just received something i'm pretty damn excited about, my first TRUE "SteamBox" case. Every other case for HTPC/SteamBoxes which I own aren't really "console like" and living room friendly. They are too large which doesn't fit or too small and underpowered.
Now I need to pick out some iTX hardware which is different than this Impact/4670K/290. Might do a GTX 780 ACX and 4770K for this build. I'm limited to 450W, so not putting a Classy or Lightning inside, it would be pointless.
For anyone who enjoy Small Form Factor builds, HTPCs or looking forward to building a SteamBox; there is no other choice on the market besides Silverstone's RVZ01 RAVEN. Yes the front panel is terrible, but I plain on modding

So on the front page of r/confusedboners there is a gif of a woman smoking a cigar with her vagina.

I pre-ordered for $84.99 @ TigerDirect. They had been scheduled to ship out on February 12th, but the thing showed up at my door today.

Tonight I will post pictures of the case compared to my other iTX/SFF builds. Installing a block on that noisy azz 290 right now.

Boards impression of CaseLabs' Mercury S8? Its a full ATX case which puts the MOBO in the horizontal and GPUs in the vertical position. I've tired of the tower design and have the area on my desk for the larger foot print.
So, I'm preparing for this years update to my main rig and done with my Merlin SM8. This looks to be really interesting and an easy way to show off the hardware we pay so much for.

I actually like the horizontal layout better. like most ITX cases

Yeah, same here. The tower design is stupid if you don't need to leave a small footprint.
You know what else I'm starting to dislike, braided cables. They are starting to look 1989 tacky.

Your brothers need a dropbox or Google Docs. Just share the email address there.

There needs to be more mid/full-towers with the horizontal design, to show off GPU blocks. Also puts far less stress on PCBs and slots -- video cards and mobos.

My new horizontal case is working really well.
