What are some good vegetables for dipping?

I have some hummus dip and nothing to dip into it

I don't want any sort of bread or crackers because I'm trying to add more vegetables to my diet.

Only things that come to mind are celery, carrots, maybe broccoli.

Anything else that you think might be good to dip in hummus?

I buy the huge carrots at Fresh Pickens and slice them diagonally on the mandolin. You get a nice crunchy fat-free dipping chip.

Red bell pepper slices. Just like a Fritos scoop, but healtier!

Great idea. I don't recall seeing those monsters before last week. Got one to put in a stew with some turnips. Could have bludgeoned someone with it.

Cauliflower is so crunchy and a better texture than broccoli for dipping.

Agree on red bell pepper with hummus. Good pair up.

I like raw onions, so I'd dip those in a heartbeat. Radishes, also.

Radish halves are very mediterranean. If you were in turkey it would come with Feta, parsley, radishes onion and warm pita. Scoop hummus up on pita and add other items as desired. Eat and don't double dip.

Agreed on the cauliflower. Water chestnuts aren't the practical shape for dipping, but the crunch juxtaposition might be interesting. Cucumber could also be considered.

Any color bell pepper

I could also do raw onions but most think I'm weird they way I eat onions
