Aside from the normal things my favorite lately is brussel sprouts.

What else do y'all put in?

Whole garlic cloves, whole stick of butter, mushrooms. Not really interesting but about the only thing different from the standard corntaterssarsage

I have put rutabegas in a "low country" boil as we call them here.

Good Idea.

I've also done colliflower a few times.

I have no idea how to spell that.

Cauliflower wrapped loosely in foil, not too long though. I did asparagus once, but I let it go for too long. It was still tasty

Asparagus. Throw it in 10 min before you pull the the crawfish out.

Whole chicken after you take the crawfish out for the last time...heat it up good one more time and cut it off...let it sit while you eat, then pull out and debone. Sweet chicken salad next day...

I poke holes in a can of green beans, drain it, then sink it to the bottom. They taste amazing.
