I love having a nice handful of cheddar on top of mine, but I will use some Velveeta in a pinch. If I'm really hard up I'll take the cheese power pouch out of the mac and cheese.

I also like to mix ketchup and mayo in a little finger bowl on the side. Man, I'm hungry now.

A good steak needs no topping or sauce.

What? Let me guess: you just sprinkle salt and pepper on it or some BS?

I second that a good steak needs no topping. However, for added pleasure, I like to mix blue cheese with butter and allow it to melt into the steak. A1, Heinz 57, anything ketchup related should be banned from steaks.

The sauteed mushroom topping on the stuffed filet at Imonelli's is OUTSTANDING. I want to go there now
