I also like to mix ketchup and mayo in a little finger bowl on the side.

the only thing I'll put on a steak is sauteed mushrooms

After I microwave it to a nice well done, I usually top it with a generous helping of good ol Heinz. Sometimes I make a nice gravy with a pack of McKormick's, but only on special occasions. Wash it all down with a nice tall glass of tap water. No ice

Oscar on a filet.

Crawfish étouffée on a ribeye. For those who haven't tried it, put it on your bucket list. Damn good!

I'm also not too proud to say I ask for A1 at places like Logan's, TX Roadhouse, etc.

Half thousand island dressing and half green goddess, not mixed together but sort of frosted on it half and half. Garnish with jarred sweet pickle relish and chopped stuffed olives. The presentation makes it look almost too good to eat.

I love having a nice handful of cheddar on top of mine, but I will use some Velveeta in a pinch. If I'm really hard up I'll take the cheese power pouch out of the mac and cheese. I also like to mix ketchup and mayo in a little finger bowl on the side. Man, I'm hungry now.

On a quality steak that is properly cooked to temp, nothing. On a cheap, over cooked steak, au jus or steak sauce.

Anyone else try relish? It's a bit different, but it's kind of tangy.

You should try mixing ketchup, mustard, mayo, a little vinegar, and relish. And to season the steak, onion powder

Salt, pepper, and a mild garlic butter.

Anything else just seems to take away from a damn fine steak.
