We're going on an anniversary trip at the end of October so I was wondering the same thing. My travel agent keeps sending me scary links about vaccine passports and such being required on the Island. I was thinking it would be like here (BR area) and folks following JBE's mandate......

Charcoal grilling chicken and sausage for about 100 people. I'll have 2 pits approximately 20"x30". Here are my questions:
How much meat per person do I figure? How much charcoal do I need? Advice on placement of the white meat vs the dark meat on the hotter or cooler parts of the grill. Any other ...

Bayou Chicot state park, kisatchie national forest( azalea trail, backbone trail, or Caroline dorman trail. If you want venture to Arkansas, Eagle Rock Loop is the way to go. There are more those are just my favorites...
