My wife would say Chicken Parmesean, since she pretty much gets it every time we go.

Good, fresh made, hot real Italian bread.

Good and authentic Italian salad. The real deal.

Beef and spinach canneloni with red, white or pink sauce.

If you're going to have a sweet red gravy, you better have a savory one, too. HOMEMADE.

Homemade tiramisu.

Zero fried pasta stuff.

Servers with Italian accents who can sing Happy Birthday operatically.

This. Pretty much everything else listed is regionalized (some Americanized-regionalized, i.e., toasted ravioli).

+1. Would probably add cacio e pepe to that as well. Probably as pure a pasta dish as you'll find and when done well, immensely satisfying.

St Louis is the home of that dish for sure, I lived there for a few years and never had the urge to try it at all.

Veal. I don't care what sauces they use. They have to have veal on the menu.
