Really depends on your interests. Tons of finacial and self help channels. Entertainment talk channels are there as well and of course ALL of the major sports talk shows are there.

Skip the roux and thicken with the finest ground masa you can find. I make a slurry with a beer and add. Adds some "earthiness" or some depth to it....
