I'd be more inclined if his office was doing real shitty prosecution.
But man, I guarantee you this type of "scandal" becomes more commonplace with people in this position.
People can't help but gossip/talk about privileged stuff. Before, you just did it verbally and no one was the wiser. Now, you post it online and shite hits the fan.

The problem is the actions of his attorneys jeopardized years long investigations and good convictions. Can't have that shite.
