I really am interested to hear about any of you who have gone to a dry run, or who have gone in today. Is it a lot like the other location/better/worse?

Or am I asking too soon?

Is that his general rule of thumb, or specific to Cochon-Lafayette?

Also...what is with these green thumbs up?

Not the best description for him. Pompous duoche works better.

His name gets mentioned here way more than it should, even if its all negative. He just needs to fade away.

Pompous, fat, bloated, egocentric duoche works best.
Fixed it for you.

Here's the article Count is referring to:

New restaurant infuses food with Southern charm via The Daily Advertiser

quote:

Located on Camellia Boulevard in River Ranch, the restaurant will open today with a menu featuring such items as fried chicken livers with pepper jelly toast, chicken and andouille gumbo, smoked pork ribs with watermelon pickle and catfish courtbouillon.

In the interest of full disclosure, I am a reporter for The Daily Advertiser, but I did not write this article
