I have the 100qt and the sp10. it seems like it takes forever for that first pot of water to boil. anyone got suggestions or should I just upgrade to the sp2?
looks like that's 185K BTUs vs 210k between the 10 and 2. Is the difference that noticeable or is it the double jet that makes the differ...

I saw that one for sale at Buc-ee's for $700. What's the advantage of using one of those as opposed to the typical burner/pot/basket setup? I'm not sure I've ever seen anyone using the cooker except at maybe like a business...
