I ate a LOT yesterday. I just stuffed myself.. no real reason. Boredom, I guess. Paying the price. Didn't go too hard on grandma's food today so I have that going for me, which is nice.

Started Bulletproof coffee last week. Noticeable difference in my appetite and focus. Thanks for the rec.

Made it all the way through Lent with no Beer (major contributor to my weight gain). I honestly have no desire to go back to brew, been feeling great just drinking whiskey and tequila in moderation. Now that the first hurdle of cutting beer, i am looking to really cut back on alcohol intake and increase workouts.

mostest I've been since April 2011. Time to eschew the carbs and get back on mfp. Reviewing some posts around page 120 to get some motivation

Still on pace to meet my goals (<220 by end of April, <210 by end of May, <200 by end of June, 175 by end of December). My diet is still 1200-2000 calories/day, but I've been eating closer to 2000 for the past couple weeks. Started doing some light weights at the gym, in addition to cardio; also starting to mix in a variety of cardio exercises.

Above all, I'm feeling good.

Didn't get a chance to eat dinner last night and don't remember drinking much throughout the day, so I'm pretty sure that number will go back up tomorrow. We'll see what happens though.

Hey guys, sorry I've been gone for a couple of weeks. I pulled a muscle in my back, knocked me down quick. Also, my oncologist told me to back off the weight loss for a couple of weeks to let my system catch up (whatever that means). I've lived the past few weeks like a heathen eating and drinking whenever and whatever I have pleased, but I noticed my choices were better than in the past. I survived a week off school (I'm a teacher) and a birthday, so I'm feeling good. I even lost a couple of lbs.
Today, I get back on the grind. Cutting out beer during the week, watching calories, and working out like an animal!

Had a rough Saturday diet-wise. Fun otherwise. Back on the grind.

Yeah, I think he was worried that I was loosing too much weight too fast, and it may have been from being sick. I redid all of my blood tests though and am clean. I guess when a patient drops 25 lbs in a couple of months, you get a little nervous. No big deal though. Back at it today.
