Small down turn from yesterday, possible good sign. Feeling better lately and muscle mass in chest and arms is starting to become noticeable again.

Nice 5 mile run this morning before work as well

I think the up in weight came from me eating a little outside my 8 hour window last night. And the fact that it was about a 700 Calorie meal of chicken breast and spinach. AKA A shite load. I hate my work schedule sometimes. I also didn't look as lean this morning but hit it hard at the gym and back at it. Although I am pretty hungry now.

ETA: Just had a friend hit the 100lb mark. Not sure exactly how long it took him but he worked his a$$ off. Great eating and working out habits. He did Insanity for a while and really focused on running and increasing his times as well as hitting the gym often for weights.

179.4 this morning. finally starting to shed some more lbs after I plateaued for a bit. Think cutting out some carbs has helped. Going to try and stay under 180 now .. that's the goal for the time being. Trip to Tampa this weekend probably won't help though.

I'm going back to keto, but this time throwing IF in the mix. We'll see how long Keto lasts.. I usually can only keep it up for a couple of weeks before I get sick of it again.

Put on a few after spending the weekend down in San Diego visiting a friend. The next couple of weeks are going to be brutal on the diet. Heading up to San Fran on Friday for a week, then flying to NOLA for a week.

Rough food and drink destinations indeed.

Good luck

Eating outside your window won't make you gain weight if your still eating in a deficit. And how in the world are you eating 700 calories of chicken breast and spinach!?! And where's the fat?

I think it was the quantity I ate. Or the sodium from the garlic chili sauce I used. But it was 15 oz of chicken breast with 2.5 cups of bagged spinach. How much would you say that is??
And I had 57 g of fat total on the day.

Just did Chi and NYC back to back. This is my annual Tampa trip to visit a buddy who moved away a couple years ago. Was in Chi town to visit a friend as well and brought along my girl who had never been. NYC was just because we like going back to see old friends every once in a while. After Tampa got a trip to the beach in late August then I'm probably done vacationing for the year. Had been since December since I'd done something.

If there's dressing and/or the chicken was cooked in coconut or olive oil, that's not that hard to hit at all.
