I was doing great till Tuesday

Tuesday: 4 large margaritas, chips and salsa, chicken/beef/shrimp nachos

Wednesday: 3 pieces fried chicken, french fries, margarita on rocks x2 and 3 chocolate chunk cookies

Thursday: French Bread, Jose Quevo Margaritas, and chocolate chunk cookie

I dropped a ton of weight last year and gained it back plus more while the wife was pregnant.

No excuses.

Finally think I got a plan that I can live on. No starches, lots of protein, salads and vegetables. An drinking a ton of water.

I like the direction I'm going. Almost 20 pounds in three weeks. This has been largely without exercise too. I've just been too busy, I figure once I get that going again I'll be in good shape for when the weight loss slows down.

I was expecting a bump up this morning but the scale continues to move in the right direction.

Less than a week to go in the Office Competition.

I want that number to keep moving down with no bounces up so I am doing a lunch to lunch Cadfast.

After a really nice series of drops, I think a non-plateau is over due.

Going to be a tough day. I have a party to go to that will be loaded with food. Plus I'm out of my mind hungry. Not a good combination.

Slight uptick, but I did eat a huge ribeye and half a pound of grilled shrimp last night. Totally worth it!

Nibbled a little at the party. A few pepper jack cubes and a few pieces of sausage. Atkins friendly but loaded with sodium.

Definitely will be up tomorrow then back down on Monday.
