I really shouldn't be too dehydrated. I drink fluids all day. Plus I didn't do any riding Friday - Sunday.

Hoping I just had too much sodium and it will drain out today.

I'm 29 now and I'm ~200

At 25 = 235

At 20 = 190

The heaviest I ever was is 255 @ 28

Low - 160.5 / Re-fattening Peak - 206
Contest Starting Weight {office scale} - 200.2
Current Weight {office scale} - 173.8
Current Competition Loss - 26.4
Day 84 of 84
Yesterday's Calorie Count - >1000
Contest Cheats - 3

Final Day!

Just great. I'm still up for the freaking week after being as low as 169.9 on Saturday.

Not a good time for a Plateau. Frack. All I needed was a pound drop this week.

No other option but to Cadfast it from now until the weigh-in.

Damn competition finale could be tight.

I checked the office scale and I am up 1 from last week. No reason for it. I've done almost the same thing I did last week which resulted in a 4.8 drop.

I've crunched the numbers and if the 2nd place guy had a great week, he could possibly pass me on the last freaking day of the contest.

Cadfast BETTER work!

Haven't been in this thread is a loooong while.

Just want to offer a perspective on Weight Watchers Online. I started it in November and in 4 months I lost 37 pounds. Went from 205 to 168.

It may not be for everyone, but it worked for me.

Nice job hulk.

WW is great. I know plenty of people who have used their system with great success.

Tomorrow could get a bit ugly.

I start the day picking up 6 dozen donuts.

We are having Voodoo BBQ catered for a meeting.

And then I still have dinner with sister, then lunch with dad, then lunch with mom, then dinner with friends for my birthday.

I think I need to go on a diet.

Plus I seasoned my cast iron so I could make some cornbread for the first time in 3 years.

Think I will be joining Bench out of the slot.

Checkin in after a few days. Light weekend, was working on some stuff and drank probably 5 beers total all weekend. That and a bunch of appetite-suppressing coffee will give you a bit of a drop. Previous post on a 3/21/13:

182/173.2/145

Was 169.something the other morning, indulged a bit yesterday after completing this project and drank a few beers and drunkenly ate some taco bell, but back on track today. We'll see where we end up tomorrow, but can't complain about a potential 2 lb w/w drop (with no exercise) and potentially 10 lb since I started trying to eat low carb.

Been so long since you have seen it, you forgot where it is!

323/171.3/175
Low - 160.5 / Re-fattening Peak - 206
Contest Starting Weight {office scale} - 200.2
Current Weight {office scale} - 172.8
Current Competition Loss - 27.4
DONE!!!
Yesterday's Calorie Count - >1000
Contest Cheats - 3

The contest is over. I'm grumpy about the past week. I did just about the same as last week (-4.8) yet I dropped NOTHING this week.

I'm waiting on natures call to pad my stats for this week.

I can't complain though. Almost 27 pounds in 3 months. Back below my panic weight.

Here ya go bench...

My final office scale reading

172.8

The 2nd place guy dropped 8 freaking pounds this week! 8 freaking pounds after 12 weeks of dieting!!!

I edged him out.

13.69%
13.45%

Only after a nice trip up the hallway this morning.
