I usually suck it straight out the tail so it stays on. If I remove from the tail to eat with dip/cracker/garlic I will depoop

There's a peeling technique that doesn't slow you down but often removes the poo tube. It is not a perfect solution but I get about 75% of the poo tubes out while still going through them at a normal speed.

If i stop to think about what I'm eating...then yes. But usually i'm eating crawfish as fast as humanly possible...so no.
