Deer-own 600 plus acres on the Ouachita just outside of town and lease about a thousand more. For 5 of us. Just got an additional 350 acre farm in east Ark to deer hunt in the evenings when I'm over duck hunting.

Duck-roughly 4000 acres around Arkansas City and Lake Village. With a 300 acre flooded green timber lease. 10-14 of us.
One of the leases is next to a WMA that is only accessible to the public by boat from the Mississippi. No atv's. We can ride up to within 200 yards of the best holes. Everyone else has about one-two miles.

1 mile from the house at the end of our neighborhood. A wealthy friend allows my boys to hunt his first 600 acres on his property. It is a great deal for them to be able to hunt so near the house. They may be spoiled.

Member of Lottie wildlife - about 18000 acres in the spillway north of surburne WMA. I justed leased 500 acres of land north of morganza from my family. Can't wait to have my own honey hole that I can control. Its mainly a large bean field but, surrounded by 8 year old cut over that holds a lot of deer. Saw a handful every hunt last year. Plus nice to not have to worry about rules/fines.

Deer lease is in Gatesville, TX. 3200 acres in the hill country. Absolutely beautiful country. 6 guys on the lease. The shear number of deer is amazing sometimes.

1 blind in Wright, La. First year on this lease, going to be a great goose blind for sure. 3 guys on the lease/blind.

Alligator hunt around Amelia LA, family 2000 acre lease.
Duck hunt in Beaumont, Mcfaddin and Winnie Texas. Mcfaddin is public, Winnie is friends land and Beaumont is parents. Deer hunt 20 acres in Beaumont also that's my parents.

I also hunt my grandmothers ranch in South Texas. It's 550 acres low fence next to the King Ranch. I'm the only one that had rights to hunt it beside my brother and Dad on a regular basis. They haven't killed a deer on it in over 10 years. I bring friends every year and my Uncle's friend hunts one weekend and kills a buck every year. I mange the hunting on the ranch every year and usually let folks kill hogs, Nilgai, Javalina and does when I take them.
