It appies to dogs also I think. I'm not much of a dog person, but I laugh at people that just work on dicipline at certain times and ignor it others.

1) "DDNS- Don't Do Nothing Stupid"- I tried real hard, but ususally ended up doing stupid shite anyway.
2) "Wear a condom."
3) "Always make'em cum before you do." This was at my 18th birthday party in front of me and a bunch of my drunk buddies. He was drunk as Cooter Brown. My step mom led him to the bedroom with his arms raised to the cheers of drunk teenagers.

My dad isnt a big talker, but he teaches me something almost daily on the farm. I guess the first one that comes to mind is, "If you're gonna start something, you better finish it."

ETA: Hes not talking about fighting. He's not the fighting type..

He was a horse trainer. Meaning when you are in eyesight of an animal it means something to them. They don't know the difference between training time and non training time.

Change that to, "everything you do means something to your kids, whether you mean it to or not." and its an even better line.

Speaking of great dads, mine just called me and said when I move this summer he's gonna give me his old boat, the one I grew up fishing in. It needs about $1,000 worth of work, but it's a hell of a lot cheaper and easier than having to buy a new boat.

Thanks, dad.
