S&W k frame 357 from my father. And a old sportsman 58 from my grandfather that won't cycle properly. I need to bring it to someone to look at.

I have a Winchester Model 12 16 gauge that was my grandfather's.

I inherited a Winchester Model 12 12Ga from my grandfather. He passed in the mid 60's.

Great gun and I do treasure it.

My grandfather took 3 died Nazi officer swords during WWII and brought them home.

I have one of them.

My dad’s humpback A5 w/ a left hand safety, 30” barrels and choked full. Old school duck whackin machine. Cant use steel loads but I take it out the skeet range and give it a little love. It needs a fast 1 1/8 load to cycle but as a reloader Im ok w/ that ;)

I have 2 inherited guns that are in mint condition, just like everything my step dad owned was.
1) Belgium Browning 22 semi-auto with the original mail order ticket (grandfather was the VP of a department store)
2) Ruger Bearcat

But the pinnacle of my inherited possesions is the 1970 Gibson ES-335 TDC in cherry burst that doesn't have one single scratch on it, original case, original replacement strings, and reciept.

Not sure...

But it doesn't matter because I lost it in that boating accident.

Colt M1878 Frontier Six Shooter, 44-40, 5.5", serial number puts manufacture date in 1892 inherited from my uncle:

My uncle was a machinist and did some work for a guy that gave him the gun in trade. It had a broken sear, so my uncle machined a new one and got the gun in working order - but unfortunately he buffed almost all the blueing off. All the markings are still clearly visible, though.

Still a sweet revolver. All I need now is an old '73 Winny to match.

My dad recently gave me a Belgian made Colt 38 Cowboy Ranger that belonged to my great-grandfather and then my grandfather. It isn't worth much, but it's priceless to me. I put it in a shadow box with a picture of my great grandfather.

I know a guy in BR that has a whole mess of Lugers with stocks and Broomhandles with stocks, that was the first question I asked as well. He said they were exempt from the NFA. The ATF specifically list them in the Curio and Relics list.

LINK go to Section III: Weapons Removed From The NFA as Collector's Items And Classified As Curios or Relics Under The GCA.

Walther PPK. My grandfather killed a nazi officer and took it off of him.

My Wife's grandfather got an identical pistol and holster the exact same way. Her Dad has it now and I keep trying to get her to lean on him a little about leaving it to our Son. (He is old fashioned and wants to leave it to his Son that has little appreciation for guns).

My most treasured inherited guns are my Dads custom built .35 Whelen on a M98 action and my Grandfather's A5 16 gauge.
