What mack said – wobble traps etc are very nice but decent manual trap is fine plus you can adjust them to throw doubles, midis, minis, rabbits and the target from hell .... the battue Most sporting clays courses I shoot at have a number of manual traps and it works well ...

Get the one that fits u best....and I would add a400 to mix. A cpl of clay shooters I know have the versa max and it's been a good gun for them. I'm not a big fan of new rem guns...

I reload for clays or skeet but have never considered reloading for duck/goose loads. I know a few people that do but IMO it is not cost effective or in reality w/ modern steel loads its not necessary. I would find the loads that you like and buy them on sale and I bet you will get them for the sam...

Bayou. I live in Ontario and in the lower third of the province the max calibre allowed for hunting is 270. Ya it's stupid but keeps the 30 06 308s etc up north. It's just the way it is. No moose in lower third so no issue. You can shoot anything you want at the range just can't hunt w it...
