an old Winchester Model 12 with the goose barrel...it was my grandfathers and given to me after he passed by my grandmother...
He's the one that taught me how to hunt fish and survive in the outdoors...

it was made in the mid 30's and was smooth as butter...

I was broken into while going to LSU back in the early 70's and it was stolen...

I sure do miss that man...

May Grandfather's S&W 32 Hand Ejector. When I got it it need some care. I called S&W and they referred me to a a fellow in Phoenix who they said was the expert on these old guns. I sent it to him, he cleaned it up, fired it and sent back. He checked the serial number and told me about 1915. My Grandfather was in the Army at the end of WWI but this was not his service pistol but his personal gun. I remember when I was young he would take me to my great grandmothers in the country and let me shoot it along a bayou bank out by Church Point and tell me "Don't tell your mama".

I have my Dad's old Lefever Arms Nitro Special - 12 ga SxS double barrel.

Hasn't been fired in about 35 years, it started doubling on him. I will get a gunsmith to look at it soon.

Not the most valuable, but I'd have to say my marlin 336 35 rem from the late 50s.it was the first gun my dad ever bought himself.

Looks good too.

My fathers side of the family, it is a pair of light twelve/sweet sixteen A5s. Belgian made.

My mothers side nothing fancy. An old Long Tom and an old Red Ryder BB gun. And a ruger MK-II.

when my grandfather died in 74 he left me a Winchester 1895. He had always kept up his guns and this rifle looked like new.
It still shoots that way and that 405 has brought down elk and buffalo.

My Pops already said that I will get all of his guns, most are fairly new shotguns, rifles and handguns. I was SUPPOSED to get his Winchester Model 42 .410 but my little brother pawned it for drug money. I loved that gun. Shot my first rabbit and squirrel with it. That thing worked like it was brand new. Pretty bummed about that.

Most treasured would be the .22 mag Colt Peacemaker. It was the first guy my grandfather bought himself. He passed it down to my dad when he was 16. And my dad gave it to me for a graduation gift. The old man could still shoot cat tails off with it.

Yeah, I always thought the long-barreled Lugers were Artillery Models.

9mm, to differentiate them from the 7.65mm Lugers.
