Stumbled across this gem in Walmart today in the camping section: 30 oz Ozark Trail Tumbler for $10

They also sell the 20oz for $8 and a Colster knockoff too for about $6 I think. I'll be doing a side by side tonight with hot water to see how the Walmart brand stacks up to the YETI. I already know what you're gonna say - #nostickernocare

The only people that will downvote you are the ones that spent $40 for a cup

That's what happens when you outsource production to china. They steal your stuff and make knockoffs.

My sister in law can print a Ozark sticker or her cricket. Send a self addressed stamped envelope with $3 to

Put a couple of these in the kids Easter baskets

They feel and look the same as the yeti we have. My son had ice and water in his yesterday afternoon for dinner and it still had ice in it this morning.

For 10 dollars it a nice alternative. But if you want one you may want to pick one up. The guy at Walmart said this was a limited run deal. Don't know how true that was.

There is a post floating around FB comparing this cup to a similar Yeti. No notable difference in hot or cold performance.

I know this will sound like I'm being a smartass, but I really have never had a need to keep a drink hot or cold for extended periods of time. I typically drink my coffee or cold beverage of choice quick enough that "storage" temp is rarely if ever an issue.
Is there really that big of a need for a vacuum insulated stainless steel tumbler?

I'm thinking about getting a set of these so I won't have to get my Yeti ones dirty

I fill mine to the brim with ice every morning and bring it to work with. Fill it up with water throughout the day and always have ice water on my desk. I don't have the option of an ice maker at work. I also don't miss the sweat rings that solo cups used to leave on my desk.

This is appealing to me. I go through so many paper towels under my water cups

Is it bad that I had this same thought when I got my RTIC 30oz a few weeks after getting my Yeti 30oz?

Now I have the same feeling about the Ozark Trail one... Keep the Yeti and RTIC "on the bench".

That's what my wife does with her CorkCicle and HydroFlask. She always has a water fountain at work but would have to walk a good ways and down a couple sets of stairs to the industrial ice machine. She's only there 4-5 hours and has ice water the whole time. Same thing at her gym. There's plenty of fountains but no ice at all. And she can leave it on the nightstand every night and not worry about it sweating.

Wife's friend did a side by side and the Ozark won. Interested to see your results.

Not trying to hijack, but what suggestions if any are close to Yeti's on the ice chest side?

That's still expensive for an ice chest
