Thompson and Stevenson should have swung the bat. I didn't like the 3-0 take in that situation either. You ve got to get a hit in that situation and chances are 3-0 is gonna be a good one. ...
I went to high school with Julie Bourgeois. Funny thing is, her dad was a trucker. ...
Insurance costs will be very heavy. Auto, GL will eat your arse right now.
I would say make sure your business paperwork and your insurance are on point. Wouldn't want to lose everything because of an accident on a slick road somewhere. Once you know your costs, you can compare it ...
I used something called ecobatt by Knauf. Same r value and comparable price that was readily available at home depot. Works the same as any other batt or roll insulation, it's just brown instead of pink. (A little less itchy too which was a nice surprise) ...

re: Buddah fitting

I've had a driver fitting and an iron fitting with Buddha. I was very happy both times and will go back for future fitting needs. He'll have you try a ton of different shafts and heads and take the time to explain things and find what works best for you. Don't let one guys bad experience be the only...

It's been a while since I played up there. It's a cool layout with beautiful scenery in pretty poor condition. Focus on the positives and it will be an enjoyable round. At least that's how I remember it. Conditions aren't great but it's a cool place and we had fun. ...

Grand Ridge is only a few miles west of TPC, and lost an estimated 300+ trees and has major clubhouse/ pro shop damage. The brunt of the Eastern eye wall sat on Luling and surrounding areas for 6-8 hours with sustained winds 120-125 mph and up. Avondale's not that far away. I'm sure TPC took some ve...

Heading west on 90, take old bridge in MC

Posted by pt448 on 8/28/21 at 9:40 am
For folks heading west on hwy 90, construction has 90 down to 1 lane crossing bridge in Morgan city. Looks like there's also a wreck right there. As of a few minutes ago, you can get off at Amelia exit and go around on the old bridge fairly easily. Y'all stay safe out there. ...

I have treated a ton of cases of bilateral pneumonia in the hospital over the past 19 months or so. All have been covid positive since we've been able to test for it starting in March of last year. In someone his age and health status given the current incidence of covid infection, any other cause w...

Of all the things I've thought about during my swing, breathing has never been one of them. Once, I burped right before I set up and thought about what I had for breakfast the whole swing. Wound up being a pretty good shot. ...

re: Ranking Golf Crescent City courses

I like Grand Ridge, fairways and rough can be hit or miss depending on rainfall, but greens are usually in good shape and that's good people out there. Pretty good bang for your buck. They've had some cart issues of late but new fleet is coming in a couple months. ...

I'm a high handicapper and am playing way better with my new clubs. Definitely worth the fitting. Golf is hard enough, the right equipment is very helpful. ETA: of course, now I'm out of excuses when I do hit a bad shot. ...

I've done a driver and an iron fitting with Buddha, would highly recommend. Dude knows his stuff, not pushy, and got me something that works best for me for a fair price. Very happy....
