Easily Kansas City.
fricking this...by far the ugliest, most useless, and overall worst layout of any airport I have ever been to in my life...5 mins in that shithole and I wanted to stab someone.

i haven't been to the kansas city airport, but terminal 2 in phoenix is really crappy. and the old southwest terminals at hobby in houston were awful. the guy who said laguardia is on point as well. that whole airport blows.

PHL woulda been my answer about 5 years ago. Its improved a ton tho.

I'd echo what others said about Laguardia and Kansas City. Complete shite.
LAX is dirty and overcrowded as well.

Houston, terminal B. It's like a DMV inside of a zoo.
I'd like to give an honorable mention to Reagan Int'l. The only airport I've ever been stranded in, and it is brilliant, brilliant, I tell you, to make someone go through the TSA checkpoint when trying to get from one terminal to another.

Newark is the worst I've ever been to.
If your connecting flight is in another terminal, you have to go back through security. Dumbest shite ever. And you have smelly, hairy Yankees everywhere

None of y'all have apparently flown into Sioux Falls SD or Moline Quad Cities

Cleveland sucks pretty bad. At least you get to scope all the above ground pools during takeoff and landing.

Well, I will say it since nobody else will. New Orleans. Its gloomy, it's dirty, you would expect better food beyond the security gates. Seems pretty small for a major city too.
MSY sucks but it's not even the worst one in the state.

New Orleans and BR suck...
Memphis was awful about 5 years ago as the place was under construction. But I'm sure it's better now.
Philly for the win.

Terminal B is def the woest part of IAH. Not as sketchy since they remodeled

Only the B terminal. C and D aren't bad at all.
Most of the major airports in the US have had post 9-11 upgrades to them that make their primary terminal very efficient and well laid out. In doing this they moved LCC's and regional ops to older terminals. So your perspective of an airport may vary greatly.
That being said...MCI is pretty bad bc of its layout and post 9-11 requirements.

Atlanta because of construction and they have fricked up the rental car pick up and drop off so bad you're lucky if you get lost its so hard to use.
Miami after that.

ATL rental car is bad? Much quicker now. Get off plane, go to train. Take 5 min train. Get off train and go to car. The bus system was turrible.

Haven't been to NOLA since the renovations, but that was a shithole.

Every time this thread is brought up I give the same answer: Kansas City.
