That sounds like it would be a marketing scheme for the Jonas brothers to attract more tweenage fans. Kind of like it might make the more desirable. It's pretty sick if you think about it like that.

That was South Park's point.

Mickey Mouse was like "The only way we can market sex to little girls is by selling them purity rings! Haha"

Good lord, this thread is terrible. You're all bastards.

Fat, ugly chicks will never magically become attractive just because they're all empowered and tell us they are. "This is what a real female body looks like."

Bwa ha. No it isn't, you barrel-bellied swamp beast.

There was a big abstinence movement led mostly by Baptist churches in the 90s that popularized these purity pledges

which coincided with the big "I will let you PIIMB to save myself for marriage" movement

anybody else getting tired of these fake heartfelt "boohoo look at me I am writing a pity party entry into social media and hoping for it to go viral"

this chick and the stretch mark chick should get together and compare pity party notes. if this chick should have any regrets, it is having a dude's hair cut, that shite in her nose, and dressing like a hipster doofus

No, that's Mormons. They have a lot of loopholes, if you will.

I think that I heard that some Muslims do this too. I could be mistaken.

Roger, Forrest.

I was getting my hair cut while in New Orleans a few years ago. The stylist was from Utah. I asked her why she moved to New Orleans and she said something like "I had to get away from that degenerate society.

So she moved to New Orleans. Mind blown.

That chick has some serious issues and I don't think the church had much to do with it.

Agreed. She obviously feels the need to stick out and be unique. From her "in your face" look to her "in your face" virginity she has a serious attention-seeking personality disorder. She will ultimately end swinging on a pole for dollar bills. That is, if she doesn't become a lesbian first.

oh and WNHI

I'd avoid her like the plague.
