Isn't it a bunch of federal lands? I think I bought some federal leases down there back in the day.

Nah, Lake D'arbonne, forestry, poultry, and good hunting.
Also gave us Willis Reed, Orlando Woolridge, John David Crow, and Paul Milsap so they can stay.

I vote Grant because all it seems to be good for is speeding tickets in Dry Prong.

my vote is for Washington Parish... it's just kind of there nestled between St. Tammany and Tangipahoa. the only relevance it has is the parish fair.

Can't believe nobody said Concordia yet....

We are so irrelevant that no one even thinks of us when discussing irrelevance....

Ferriday/Vidalia is the hardest place on the planet to drive the speed limit. I just want to speed through both of those towns.

Dem watermelons baw.

Having spent my high school years in Jackson, I vote for it. It's a flyover parish.

Lincoln Parish has the highest wealth per capita as any in the state.

Census bureau says its per capita income is only 21k and the median value of owner occupied housing units is only 126k

Both way below the state wide numbers

Single-handedly responsible for the popularity of Mardi Gras in the rural parishes. It all started in Mamou in the '50s.

It also tends to punch WAY above its weight class when it comes to political power and stroke.
