I've been to Haiti twice... Not sure how much good we did but it brought me closer to the country and people. As a result I've been a regular donor to various causes. Selfishly, it gave me a whole new perspective on things....

When I've trained hard for 1/2 marathons I've noticed a decline in my immune system. simple wear and tear. You definitely need to supplement if you're a hardcore runner. Of course the benefits outweigh negatives for most casual runners....

Time flies. They've been at the ballpark about the same length as the old Arlington stadium, believe it or not. There is more in play here. Rangers undoubtedly went to Dallas recently and said "uptown would be even cooler if..." Or even more stinging... Frisco....
