What are the good people of TigerDroppings using these days?

I started shaving with a slant, and it is a game changer. Was using a Merkur 34C. Bought a Merkur 37C, and I haven't looked back.

Still obsessed with Feathers and anything Proraso White (soap, preshave, aftershave).

I'm loving my Muhle brush as well. Bought it from a London website, so it was way cheaper than the American price.

Anyone have anything cool they want to brag about?

Dovo Best Straight and a Merkur 34C with Feathers. Love Proraso as you do but have found a soap that I love, Mitchell's Wool Fat Shaving Soap. I also have been liking Tabac soap and Aftershave

Interesting. I've heard of that stuff. I just bought an expensive Art of Shaving Soap (used a gift card), and I used it one time.

My 1958 Gillette Fat boy is still my pride and joy.

And with this cold weather my Scuttle really makes shaving nice and keeps my lather nice and warm.

After almost a year of shaving with a safety razor and lots of samples of everything Taylor of Old bond street creams are the best value I have found so far.

I actually started shaving with cold water recently. I have very sensitive skin, and it has really helped.

Just started in the game. Got a pack of feathers in to use with my Merkur and very impressed.

Clubman Pinaud aftershave for the win.

After reading long shaving thread, I finally got tired of razor burn and made the switch. I have since bought an edwin jagger 89l, 1940's gillete super speed, and 1964 gillette slim adjustable. The best blades for my face have been astra platinums by far. I use Taylor of old bond st Jermyn st. And proaso green. I bought a Parker synthetic brush and just use an old wide coffee cup to lather. The difference is amazing and no longer have to worry ab razor burn. Smoother and more enjoyable shave. Will never go back

I just got started with the Merkur 34C, Merkur blade that came with the handle, Omega boar bristle, Proraso White soap, and a Dove after shave balm that I already had. I'm thinking of switching to Feather blades when I re-up.

I shave in the shower with bar soap and a disposable razor. No big deal this is a 5 minute exercise every morning.

I've been using a feather razor and Astra blades. I use to use the feather blades but I feel that the Astra are nearly as good for less than half of the price. I use TOBS sandalwood cream but I'm almost out. I think I'm going to try the lavender next. Bitches love lavender.

I shave in the shower with my dollar shave club blades and store brand shave gel. So...no.

I do follow up with Eternity after shave sometimes.

The Feather blade gives a smoother shave for me.

Is there a big difference between the Merkur 34c heavy duty or long handle Merkur?

As well as the blades? I see you guys said feather but they say most purchased the Persona blades. Basically saying you get what you pay for?

Thanks
